 Remove the side access panel to reveal the small screw to remove the speaker grill.. The grill pulls up then toward you. |  Pull the trim torward you to remove and then remove the small screw behind it.. |
 Remove lower knee pad.. There are 3 screws plus the plastic nut by the brake and gas pedal |  From below.. Remove brake release cable from brake release handle.. |
 Remove the bottom 3 screws then pull the vent unit straight out, Be mindful of the little clips in the rear and pull up the top defrost vent.. Use a needle nose plier to pull the bulb straight out.. |  Here is the bulb and part Number... The whole job took about 1hr after I figured it out. |
